I have always been driven by an essential question: how to accompany human beings in all their complexity, with accuracy, respect, and depth? For more than 15 years, I worked as an HR manager and then as deputy director of a medico-social institution. Those years gave me a deep understanding of human dynamics, psychological suffering, and vulnerability — but also of the incredible resources each person can mobilize when met with the right kind of presence. I learned to listen, to manage conflict, to support teams in demanding environments, and to keep the human dimension at the heart of organizations.
Over time, however, I felt the need to move closer to people themselves — beyond roles and structures — to accompany more directly the intimate journeys of transformation. That need led me to train extensively in integrative therapeutic approaches. Today, I am a certified practitioner in emotional regulation, Ericksonian hypnosis, psycho-spirituality, and autogenic training. I also work with tools such as NLP, nonviolent communication, EFT, and grief support. Alongside this, I am completing a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and I teach Yoga.
My approach is grounded in experience, supported by scientific foundations, and open to sensitive attunement to what is lived in the body, the emotions, and each person’s story. I am also a mother of three children, which has led me to integrate the realities of daily life, life cycles, profound inner upheavals, and the richness of emotional bonds into my therapeutic perspective. I accompany others today with a presence that is at once professional, deeply human, and embodied.
